This is my favorite lipstick color. I love the golden bronze flecks and the champagne pinkish color on me. I have medium skin tone, brown hair and green eyes. I got this color in the Hoola hues pallete, and I am out of the lipstick. I really want to buy the full size lipstick. This color is sheer on me, and is great for layering to achieve any effect you may be in the mood for. I love this color!
Pros:Oh so beautiful color! Cons:None that I know of..
There's nothing that isn't great about this lipstick. Its a beautiful & creamy pink that has enough pigment to add life to my face, though not too much pigment so as to be an overbearing or loud pink. At $16 I can afford to experiment with the colors (can't see in person before I buy) and not hate myself if I don't like a certain shade. I will be forever grateful to Benefit for all their lipsticks, but especially for this one!
Picked Up In Paradise is a sheer bright lavender- I would consider it borderline neon. Because its not opaque its surprisingly easy to wear and a must if you like bright colors. It shows off a summer tan beautifully. The texture is very silky and I don't detect any scent or taste at all. Of course I love the packaging, so cute! The Shangri-la Sheers were LE a few years ago, but still fairly easy to find. This is another great lipstick from Benefit, love it!
This is a beautiful subtle/sheer bronze shade. I don't find it glittery at all, I find it to have a nice texture to it. I think a lot of skin tones could wear this and get way with it. I thought it was pretty when I saw it, but I didn't realize just how pretty it really was until I wore it for the first time. Its a flattering year round shade, but looks especially beautiful in the Summer. Will definitely repurchase!
Rosey brown color, almost nude, but more of a my lips but better color. Very versatile. I think this color has been discontinued. The texture and staying power is pretty much teh same as any other lipstick in this price range. The texture is creamy, but solid.
This "bronzed berry" l/s came in my Hoola Hues palette and adds just a hint of color to my lips. It's hard to tell how long this lasts on me, because the color is so sheer. If you don't have a lot of pigment in your lips and want to add a natural touch of color, Bahama Mama could be a nice option. I'm pretty neutral on this one - not bad, but not amazing.
Pros:sheer & natural Cons:too sheer for some! Doesn't show up very well if you naturally have a lot of pigment to your lips.
